A little known syrup that eliminates cough in just one day, especially for smokers

When these diseases occur, they are often accompanied by several symptoms such as: sore throat, runny nose, and persistent cough. Coughing can often be unbearable and even worse for smokers.

If you are suffering from a painful cough, there is a very simple solution to get rid of it. You only need two ingredients to eliminate this health problem in a second.

This is a drug that has been used for many years. Here's how to prepare it and ease the annoying cough that accompanies you during the cold season.

Cough syrup recipe

- ¼ cup of ginger root (freshly made or dried)
- ¼ cups of white mallow root
- ¼ cups of chamomile flowers
- ¼ cups of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of honey
- 250ml filtered water

Preparation:

Take a medium sized pot and pour water into it. Add the dried herbs to the water and cook it. Reduce the fire so that the herbs crunch. Remove the pot from the fire when the water has evaporated completely.

Drain with a cloth or brush so that no plants remain in the water.

While the liquid is lukewarm, add lemon juice and honey. Stir well. Pour the mixture into a vacuum container and refrigerate for two months.

Usage:

Take a spoonful of syrup three times a day. This syrup is also great for children, but they are only allowed to consume one tablespoon a day.

Tip: To cure cough, add a teaspoon of dried mint leaves to the syrup.
