One brand of over the counter allergy medication puts me in a dazed state all day. Luckily, there is a great natural treatment that can also help you fight those pesky allergies.
Oregano oil is often in the spotlight as an excellent herbal remedy. It can be used topically for toenail fungus, to remove warts and moles. It is not ideal for open wounds.

Oregano Oil for Lung Cleansing
– Start by diffusing it in your home and inhaling the vapor. If you do not own a diffuser, drop 1 or 2 drops on your palm, rub your palms together to warm it and inhale. Wash your hands afterwards and especially before touching your eyes.
– Mix 1 drop of oregano essential oil with honey into warm water. Make sure to mix frequently because essential oils can separate from water.
No more than 10 days in a row is advised. Overuse can kill beneficial gut bacteria or become toxic to the liver.
Note: Origano oil is not advisable for infants and young children. Pregnant or nursing mamas are also discouraged from using oregano oil in any form. It may also lower blood sugar levels and affect those with diabetes.
