Since the grapes are almost ubiquitous when it comes to food, it's truly unusual that grapes with ice cream just do not exist yet. Of course, there are many crazy theories about the reasons for this mystery. For example, one of them says that the grapes simply can not be frozen, while others argue that ice cream from grapes poses a great risk to dogs (who can accidentally eat it), which is why it is almost illegal. Of course, these are just theories.
The real reason
The use of grapes as a base for ice cream presents great logistical problems for companies that produce it. When preparing ice cream at home, from fruit such as grapes you can make a mixture very similar to that of ice cream base, but the use of such fruit in large quantities leads to problems. Fruit, especially grapes, has a very high proportion of water, therefore the use of such a water base will lead to ice pieces rather than creamy ice cream.
Preparing fruit ice cream in large quantities is therefore very challenging, so companies think well before introducing a new flavor. The problem with grapes is the fact that people do not really expect such a taste of ice cream, therefore there is not enough demand that would justify the risk that a company must invest in producing a new flavor. It seems that grape people simply do not associate with creamy delicacies.
