You didn't drink enough water
This may seem strange, but when the body is dehydrated, it actually starts to imitate a sense of hunger. You didn't eat enough protein or fat
Filling a plate with healthy proteins and fats is the best way to stay all day long. Chicken is an excellent source of protein, and if you are a vegetarian in nutrition, you can include more Greek yogurt, eggs, peas and whole grains. To add healthy fats in your diet, include nuts and avocados.
You eat at irregular intervals
Skipping a meal such as breakfast can later aggravate the appetite. Also, irregular meals or long periods between them can also force us to consume unhealthy snacks. To prevent this, make sure to eat something every 4-5 hours to prevent hunger attacks. Also, it is very important to have breakfast, even if we do not eat much.
You don't sleep enough
After poor sleeping night, hormones that control hunger have already been thrown. Also, if your body is constantly tired, it will constantly look for energy sources (usually sugar) to stay awake. Try sleeping 7-8 hours each night to keep your hormones and levels of energy healthy.
