  • Tension headache

1) Chrysanthemum
The clinic studies showed that supplement of chrysanthemums effectively treat headaches. It reduces the inflammation that put pressure on nerves and helps prevent migraines.

2) Acupressure massage
This ancient Chinese method of treatment involves applying pressure to certain points of the body in order to alleviate the pain. Massage gently with one hand the space between the thumb and the forefinger of the other hand for three to five minutes, and then do it on the other side.
