5 Quick recipes with watermelon!
We all know how delicious the combination of cheese and watermelon is. Here are our 5 quick recipes which can include the watermelon in your daily menu:
Shake with watermelon
For the recipe you need 10 oz (300g) of watermelon, cleaned of seeds and bark, 4-5 larger strawberries, 1 glass of yogurt fat free, 4oz (120ml) milk and 1tbs powdered sugar. All ingredients are placed in a blender or shaker and mixed. Cool it before serving.
Cocktail with watermelon
For this purpose you need a quarter watermelon, cleaned of bark and seeds, juice of one lemon, the juice of one orange, 3.3 oz (100ml) white wine chilled, 2 soup spoon of powdered sugar. All the ingredients are chopped in a blender or shaker. When serving put a few ice cubes.
Lemonade with watermelon
For a lemonade with watermelon you need 15 oz (450g) of watermelon cut into large cubes, juice of 2 lemons, 2 soup spoon of berries syrup, about 1,5 l of water and 2 tsp of sugar. All the ingredients are chopped in a blender or shaker, then transferred into a jug, add a few ice cubes and mint leaves.
